For UK delivery small Items cost from £1.95 for Royal Mail First Class service and £4.95 for Parcelforce tracked service. Larger items up to 25 kg cost £4.95 for Parcelforce tracked service. For overseas deliveries this is calculated at the checkout and depends on your location, size / weight of the parcel and your preferred delivery service.

We aim to dispatch orders next working day (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). Please ask if your order is more urgent - we are here to help. We will always advise you of any possible delays ASAP. From dispatch, please allow 1-2 working days for Royal Mail and one working day for Parcelforce UK.

In Stock - product is available for dispatch within our next working day dispatch lead time.
Ex Factory - product is available, but held in stock / made to order by our supplier. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
Pre Order From - product in on its way and available to order with estimated dispatch from the date stated.

For all orders placed for delivery within the UK or the European Union our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20.0%). All orders for delivery outside of this area (and for BFPO bases) are VAT exempt and are calculated automatically at the checkout based on your delivery location.

All products exceppt personalised items (non returnable) come with a 14 day returns guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility if the correct item has been delivered in good condition. For Christmas purchases our returns period is extended to Mid Jan for your peace of mind.
