Delivery and Shipping

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you the most competitive rates and secure delivery.  The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery services are available to you and their costs. In most cases you will be offered more than one delivery option for your order.  Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes.

UK Standard Delivery - £2.95 – Ideal for home delivery of small orders to minimize carriage costs.  3-5 days transit time should be allowed following the day of despatch.  This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date.  Please allow at least 7 working days before you contact our Customer Service team for tracking purposes.

UK Order Value £75 or Over? – If your order value is over £75 and you select standard delivery, at no extra cost we will use Parcel Force to despatch your order.  This will require a signature on delivery, and is delivered to you 2 working days following the collection from our warehouse.  Please allow four days should you need to contact our Customer Service Team for tracking information.

Need it faster?  UK Next Day Delivery - £6.95 – We will use Parcel Force to despatch your order.  This will require signature on delivery and is delivered to you the next working day following collection from our warehouse. You need to place your order before 12noon (UK Mainland only).  Please allow two days should you need to contact our Customer Service Team for tracking information.

Overseas Delivery – We use several couriers including UPS, DHL and Parcel Force Worldwide to ship our overseas orders.  These couriers provide a fully traceable delivery service.  Normally 3-5 days transit time from collection to delivery, dependent on time of order placement and delivery address.  Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times.  Cost is dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

Please note:  We are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world.  If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to delivery there.

Any customs or import duties which are levied once the package reaches its destination country, additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
